Organic Cotton

Basically it’s better for the birds and the bees, the soil and the rivers, the cotton pickers and their unborn babes, as farmers have to ensure soil fertility and avoid GMO, insecticides or pesticides and use way less water than non-organic cotton.

The good

  • No insecticides
  • No pesticides
  • Consumes far less water than non-organic cotton
  • Biodegradable
  • Farmers ensure soil fertility to get the best yields = biodiversity + environment protected

  • No suspected or proven allergens

The bad

  • Can be more labour intensive
  • Can be more time intensive

The ugly!
