Ethical Manufacturing
BAM works with factories in China and Turkey. They seek out suppliers who share their values about treating people and the planet respectfully, and where they can build strong relationships. They speak to them daily and visit in person as regularly as possible.
Sustainable Materials
BAM mainly uses sustainably sourced bamboo in their products. They also make use of other materials like; organic cotton, Tencel and recycled polyester.
Sustainable Production
They are working on becoming impact positive, with a focus on; ensuring people are paid fairly and treated with dignity, avoiding deforestation and supporting biodiversity, becoming carbon neutral, reducing chemical pollution and water usage, and sending zero waste to landfill.
Sustainable Packaging
BAM’ s packaging is plastic-free. Their garment bags are biodegradable, and their mailer bags and underwear bags are made from fully recyclable Kraft paper.
Circular Design
Some products have been designed to be 100% recyclable.
